Bed was very comfy and the double room is spacious with lots of room for all of your items with well thought out decor pieces. Self check in and entry is convenient with ample parking and can head down into the pub for food/drink

Zero communication from the property, requested an invoice 3 times but received no reply. Phone and wifi signal are terrible so it's best to download offline maps or travel up to Alton for a signal

Liked shower very much. Room very nice. Situation very convenient (en-route). Managed fine with key safe. Nice space in room & bathroom.

Noisy plumbing but didn't cause any problems.

Quiet & clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

The noisy kitchen extraction unit adjacent to my room - but sorted quickly when I drew staff’s attention.
