The Three Horseshoes East Worldham

Easy location for our Pilgrims Way walk (near A31 for collections and drop offs). Easy entry to accommodation - key lock fully explained (code arrived on day of arrival), room large, very quiet, tea, coffee and small fridge. Good food served in Pub, happy staff. Easy parking. Oh and any CPAP users, good socked located next to bed.

Our shower - not sure if working correctly in Room 4, but used friends in Room 3 seemed to have far more pressure.

Large comfortable room with excellent parking adjacent. Separate access from pub below. Heard no noise. Accessing room from coded key box easy and communication from the owners good.

Minor issue connecting to the wi-fi but this was resolved. Would have loved a biccy with the tea & coffee provided.

Food was great and the staff were really friendly and helpfull

It's rural, so the WiFi dropped in and out, not their fault though

Nice location not that far from the town and on the bus route. Nice clean room.

I didn't feel safe as there were people running around outside the room in the corridor in the night.

Very poor wifi. Room was not refreshed in 4 days- bin not emptied, tea/ coffee/ milk not topped up. Decor a bit shabby.

Good pub lunch and atmosphere - prior to accessing the official stay period in the property. Would recommend for a Sunday lunch.

No breakfast. No evening food available in pub on a Sunday evening. Two journeys to local town required. Not clear from the booking that we were effectively just hiring an overnight room. Booking.com offer the choice of a pre-paid full English breakfast or an optional breakfast for the same price that is not pre-paid. No mention of a prior reservation before the day. No staff interaction during the actual period of stay.
