GBI love the energy of this hotel. The staff go to amazing lengths to anticipate every wish and desire of their guests making the feel welcome and special. A typical example from this afternoon. I was sat in the lobby lounge area to do some writing. Suddenly, they were lighting the log fire to make sure I was extra comfortable and cozy. I think every hotelier should visit Morando to fully understand how the best hotels are run.
There is literally nothing that I don’t like about this hotel. This is our second visit AND we extended our stay because it is such an amazing experience. We’ll be back again and often…!!!

GBI LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. I know that isn’t helpful so I will elaborate. This hotel is historic Poland meets Greenwich Village. The style and energy are off the charts. The location is superb. The staff are professional and attentive and far above and beyond what I’ve seen elsewhere. This place is a dream!!!
