They should have told us that we had to use the fire escape entrance after hours.We could have been unable to get in ,but for a chance meeting outside with a former employee .

Hotel too cold for me, lots if blankets in room so that was good.
GBthe size of the room was great. The toiletries were great, and plenty of bottled water in the rooms- the location was good for our visit to Sandringham ( walkable) the beer garden was big with plenty of tables and umbrella's. owners were lovely and couldn't do enough for us - when we had to leave early.
the food was a let down- the smell of old fat was pungent and the food was mostly deep fried- which was a shame. the Mattress was very hard there was no hot water for a shower on our 1st morning.
