USMost of the staff were helpful, great that they provided a packed breakfast.
Very dated property, the advertised WiFi is on existent, opening the windows to get some air allows in the traffic noise from right outside the room.

The springs were coming through the mattress and we had to lay on top of the duvet to provide some cushioning from the springs. The room was VERY dusty with thick dust layers evident of clock radio, lamps bedside tables etc. The radiator in the bathroom was completely rusty. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where the shower cubicle is in the bedroom.

GBThe Feathers is a lovely traditional Inn run by a somewhat eccentric couple who do a fantastic job and add to the character of the property. The food is fabulous and all home-made as far as I could tell, a rarity in the prick and ping age! Location is perfect and walking distance from the Sandringham estate as well as close to other attractions like RSPB reserves. I would definitely stay here again.
‘Eccentric’ might put some people off but we found it added to the fun!
