The staff (not all) appeared not to have a clear understanding of what was needed to provide good customer care. The food was not good. The rump steak served to me was not prepared to my request and was inedible.

GBThe breakfast was OK, Full English, fruit juice, cereals. Chinese night on the Thursday, food was good, Friday night their was not a lot of stand out choice of meal's.
Not a lot of pressure on the shower or hot water. The only view we had was if we opened the blind in the bathroom.
