It was perfect
GBGBCosy, traditional pub in a good location for visiting Sandringham and surrounding area.
GBThe staff were very pleasant and attentive. The location was the main reason for choosing it, and also I have eaten there in the past when in the area, and enjoyed the food. The en-suite bathroom was modern, quirky and clean. The bedroom had lots of storage space and all the expected toiletries and refreshments were provided. It was nice to be able to sit in the beer garden between showers. There were no overnight patrons on my second night, which was a little discomforting, but both nights were very quiet, so I got 2 good nights’ sleep.
The only window in the bedroom was in the bathroom (obviously the bathroom was part of an originally larger bedroom). The toilet had a noisy macerator which I was conscious of and didn’t want to disturb other guests.
GBThe breakfast was excellent. The room was noisy as it was adjacent the road, could have been a better stay perhaps if this was not the case. To be fair I did not ask to move as we didnt know where the room was until it was late.
The bed was a bit hard, but that is such a personal chocie.

GBBeautiful property just on the edge of Sandringham estate. The staff, the food, the hospitality was fabulous - nothing was too much bother for them

Wi-fi seemed patchy, shower was hot then cold and took ages to drain.
GBstaff were mostly friendly
the room was disappointing (room 5). the mattresses were very thin and speings could be felt through them. the shower was a cubicle crammed into a corner space, the water pressure was little more than a dribble, and ran hot and cold. the toilet was positioned poorly in the 'compact' space, to such an extent it was difficult/uncomfortable to use (!)
