Fox and Pheasant Inn

Warm, clean and friendly nice greeting. The room clean with a great view of the river. Breakfast was to a high standard and cooked to perfection.

Only stopped for one night.

I have stayed at the Fox and Pheasant a few times now. They have upgraded the rooms which is lovely. The breakfast (which is included) was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They even made our group a packed lunch which was excellent! In the restaurant the staff attended every need. The chef even made a cheese board which was not on the menu.

The room was lovely and the facilities like tea and coffee were good. The bed was very comfortable. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent. The breakfast was huge and beautifully cooked. I'd recommend the Fox and Pheasant to everyone

The shower had to run for a while until there was plentiful hot water

Helpful.staff that did that little bit extra to accommodate my friends request ie cheese board for dessert and making us pack lunches

The staff are truly amazing , my second stay at the Fox and Pheasant, once again a warm welcome and lovely staff who really go out of their way to be helpful and friendly

I would just prefer a kettle in my room rather than a coffee machine , but EVERYTHING else was brilliant

My third stay and didnt disappoint.
