Our best experience in Morocco. Larbi and his crew welcomed and took care of us as if we were family. The location is stunning, very remote and authentic. Ideal place to start treks in the Atlas. Highly recommended.

"lovely place in a lovely village."

The owner was very kind and helpful, the palace is amazing with an incredible view outside the main door. the village, Sidi Hamza, incredible. One of the highlights of our time in Morocco. Thank you Larby for everything <3

We can only recommend to stay 2-3 days here. The plan was to move on after one night, but the very entertaining & friendly host convinced us to stay longer and it was probably the best decision of the vacation. Somewhat secluded in the mountains is the accommodation, where you can relax very well. However, the surrounding area also offers many activity options for day trips. These include a grotto, a kasbah & an impressive gorge, all of which are commercially untouched & non-touristy. In sidi hamza you have the best possibilities to get to know the real authentic Morocco & Berber life. Not made in China!

very welcoming host, truly surprising place off the beaten path, allows to get a glimpse into life away from tourist centers, good food, we enjoyed walking through town with a guide

finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, the guide, who took us through the village didn't speak French or English, we were not shown all of the places promised but payed for

we arrive late at night and they were waiting for us with a delicious chicken tagine. we slept very well and in the next morning we had a very good breakfast and we took a tour around the kasbah. unfortunately we didn’t have enough time, otherwise we could have taken the tour through the caves. it was only a pity the guide didn’t speak English because I am sure he had a lot to tell us, but with some French and English words mixed we manage to learn some stuff. the location is absolutely beautiful.
