Didn't get any pics of the room or hotel but it was all wonderful. The location is beautiful, looking out over the countryside and river. Good bike storage. Amazing food.

The building itself, pretty location on river. The decor inside, staff and service fantastic. Food absolutely delicious both evening meal and breakfast- really top notch! Bedroom, Nr.3 huge! Loved the bedroom so much I could wish I could replicate at home. Bed big and so comfortable, lovely bedlinen and pillows. All was just perfect!

It was all fabulous!

The location by the river was lovely and close to Clitheroe for our family to take time out to come and see us for an hour Good beer Professional staff Great food Comfortable room

Bathroom could have done with updating

The property is in a beautiful setting, within easy travelling distance of places to visit. There is an area on the riverbank to sit outside and view the wildlife, and it’s just a short walk to the ruins of Sawley Abbey which is free entry. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was easily super king size and very comfortable. We had our evening meal there and the food was fresh, hot, beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast was the same. Extremely good value for money.
