Il faudrait envisager de changer les matelas car on sentait tous les ressorts.

Old-fashioned inn with matching decor and vibe. Good location. Plenty of free parking in a well-lit, on-site car park. Supermarket a few minutes away with the car. Pub and restaurant on-site if you want it (we didn't use them, so can't comment on them). Quick check-in and payment without any messing around or surprises - the booking.com reservation was known to the staff and the room was available. Helpful staff Hot shower and toilet en-suite. Tea, coffee, biscuits and kettle in the room. Small TV in the room. Quiet at night. Fair price for what you get, especially for a family, given the shortage of hotel rooms in the area - we appreciate that. Shortcut between the room and the car park via the fire escape without having to walk through the restaurant and pub each time was very practical. Overall - highly recommended if you're on a budget or travelling in a group.

One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable due to the springs. The other mattresses were fine (family room).

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.

One key for the room of 5 people.

Convenient location, nice and cheap beer

No breakfast available ☹️ nobody around when leaving next morning, very difficult to exit building, finding all doors locked ☹️☹️

The lady behind the bar was very nice and welcoming and offered us another room but after inspection wasn't much better.

The first bedroom was dirty, the beds were clean, but the rest of it hadn't been touched. No toilet brush, the toilet wasn't clean, just blue toilet cleaner round the pan. The next room was slightly better but the same in the bathroom, no toilet brush and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I accepted it as had a long journey. I later found hair in corner of shower, crumbs on carpet, and a dirty mirror but the beds were clean.
