Very quiet place. There is a lot to keep the family occupied in the evenings without being glued to electronics. The original owners were impressive people. Read thier stories and view all their accomplishments hanging on the walls. We throughly enjoyed being disconnected. Short drive to Cass which is a good place to eat. Visit the Cass museum.

Clean and tastefully furnished. Wonderful library, game room, observation tower. Would have visited the horses and hiked the grounds, but it was too cold & snowy that day. Had a nice breakfast & got along great with the manager, even though our ages were 50 years apart!

The location was beautiful a perfect way to unplug. The common room offered a cozy space to relax and watch a movie, play pool, or for kids to play with toys. It was impossible to be bored. The staff was friendly and worked very hard during our visit and took my kids to meet the horses.

Cleanliness of our room. Beautiful property.

No TV, which we knew. DVD and large selection available. DVD player broken. Had to go get a key for our room. Asked for help from ‘office’. The kitchen staff was walking around barefoot from the kitchen, walking through the facility. No coffee or cups provided in our room. Very little breakfast available an hour before closing.

The property is located in a very unique place, we were surprised when we entered the room. The details in the design were impressive. One bed was normal queen bed and the other was a WATER BED! Very clean very comfortable. The staff were amazing. The place is a gem in the middle of nowhere. But for sure there is a lot to do in the area if you like the nature. Best thing, in my opinion, is that there were no cell service, no internet, no WiFi, nothing to connect you to the outside world except an Ethernet cable and land lane. It is good for electronics detoxing! My kids find plant of things to do away from their devices. We spent only one night but wish we could stay longer.
