No air conditioning in rooms made it unbearably hot. Breakfast was slow to deliver.

Mould in the bathroom. Lumpy pillows See through blind provided no light block. Sun beaming into room at 4:30am. In ground floor bedroom you can hear all the boise from upstairs bedroom including incredibly creaky floorboards. Received a phone call asking if I had dinner and needed my room charged - I hadn’t. I went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast overcooked and charged £4 for a “real” coffee - London prices!! 30 degrees - no air con which is fine as not noted but no fan provided and windows only slightly opened due to window locks.

I did'nt like waiting over40mins for my breakfast,1st morning ,i had to ask if you had any orange juice i had to get some one to get hot water for my tea someone had to find decaf tea the sink in our room doesnt empty there was no complimentary biscuits in our room when we arrived ,only appeared 2 nd morning no hot chock drink no tea spoons in or out of room
