The lack of communication when having been told by the client to book via booking.com to be told by booking.com to ask the hotel for a vat invoice, to get no response for the hotel when asking, on several occasions.

"I would stay there again. Good value for money, the staff were great and the food was excellent"

Staff were excellent, so was the food. Room was nice, clean and spacious.

Bed wasn't the best. Bathroom has a few items that needed repairing.

"Very comfy and warm but cleanliness was an issue in the bathroom"

Very comfortable bed and warm when I got in which was perfect after a long drive, tv was working and room had everything layed out ready for me

Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned when I got there and the shower wasn’t powerful at all

It was very cold outside when we arrived, but the heating was on and the room was nice and warm. The room was large and clean and the bed was really comfortable. We had both breakfast and evening meals in the Woodman Inn.
