Price was good. They worked hard to correct what was wrong, but it just shouldn't have been wrong in the first place

Filthy bathroom, especially shower, unserviced room, broken heater, cold room until fan heater was provided. Very small towels. Dirty wall near rubbish bin. It was a very windy night, the roof made a colossal noise all night. Not enough bedding provided until requested.
