"Absolutely terrible, never again, no heating, tv, bathroom facilities filthy, three flights of stair"

No heating, tv, phone, bedding totally inadequate for winter, slept in my clothes to stay warm , three flights of stairs to climb

The place was unclean, smoke all over including the rooms, nothing to attract stay in the room for a night. The staff were not corporative and bad services. I couldn't stay even a night the facility, very bad.

The room, smoking in the place, no other resources (like kettle, soap etc), old wardrope, staff services, unclean room and bedsheets. Very terrible.
