Helpful staff. Good spa. Comfortable room.

No lift. Menu choices could have been more varied in restaurant. At breakfast there could have been more continental fare such as cheese and ham.

Beautiful place, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast 5*

The room we were in was above were the staff came in and out, for the laundry and kitchen, door was slammed during the day, which ok but when you are woken at night time and staff talking not very happy. We did complain and were told sorry and given some cookies ? Heard another couple complain about noise and they were offered a lunch on the hotel.

"Wonderful hotel in a really picturesque location."

This is an amazing building with really caring staff. We had a wonderful time. The breakfast was very good. Parking is easy if you use the alternative site.

It was a little pricey, but was worth it overall.
