"Exceptional"

Great location to visit family in the town. Very nice breakfast with good quality foods. Nice pub for the evening, they had some really nice beers on and we were lucky enough to be there on quiz night.

"Ideal base for Norfolk visits, value for money."

Good location for Dereham & Norwich visits. Handy hub for evening events. Breakfast included was a bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Some decor aspects a bit dated , a spruce-up wouldn't go amiss - always a challenge with older buildings.
