The room was very clean and quiet. The staff friendly and helpful. Great outdoor space to relax in. Good indoor area for meals.

It could have been it was a bank holiday weekend but the food was over cooked and not as good as I would expect. Forty minutes to an hour wait I heard the waiter telling another table. Fortunately I didn’t wait that long.

Good rooms, comfortable, nice pub environment, next to the canal with good outdoor seating areas and access to towpath. All round good value for overnight stay.
