Friendly and efficient staff even when busy. Room was well decorated with good facilities. It was small, but that was stated when I booked. Dinner was delicious if on the pricey side.

Lighting in upstairs corridors was terrible and having to keep opening what were presumably fire doors with a fob was a bit of a pain.
