Super location by the canal, lovely decor, welcoming staff, clean and great food We were booked in for a nearby dance competition we were attending, we were able to check in early which was super helpful…great place to stay

The facility itself was good and the lady at reception was polite.

We booked through booking.com and were charged by them for the room 2 days before our stay. When we arrived we were told we had to pay. I explained that we had already paid booking.com and showed the receipt and money taken from my account. I was told that this doesn’t matter and we have to pay again. The Lady at reception tried to help and contacted the GM but was told that we had to pay and that we weren’t allowed to stay if we didn’t. I then have to go through a whole process of claim back from booking.com.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent food was amazing! and so were all the staff very friendly, exceptionally helpful. Rooms were small but stated as small, but beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and gorgeous towels. We will definetely be returning and recommend. Next to the canal so 2 lovely walks both ways before dinner and saw 5 locks

Nicely located hotel for the NEC and the motorway network. Good food and quiet area.

Would be handy if they has an EV charger located in the car park.
