Western Isles Hotel

The staff were all lovely and worked really hard to make the place work. There were problems with our first room and these were resolved.

Despite the staff trying really hard, this place cannot shake off its Fawlty Towers aura. The place is run down and needs serious refurbishment and reorganisation.

breakfast was good but lukewarm did tell the management

really enjoyed our stay staff were great and location and view is second to none food was good great choice at breakfast and had a meal in the restaurant one night which was good also parking right outside the hotel

all good nothing bad about our stay we were on the 3 rd floor so good workout after breakfast

Decor looked a little ‘tired’

Lovely view of the harbour. Very good breakfast buffet. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Very dog friendly hotel.

Building, decor and furnishings were a little tired. One fellow diner fell off his chair as it's rear legs bent underneath him, hence he toppled off. He was a slight, frail elderly man. Most of the dining chairs a similar weakened rear legs which may be a H & S issue.

Amazing Location and stunning old building.

The man running reception on the morning of 12-May was very rude.
