They are not in operation.

Nothing to comment positively as the hotel was closed.

The hotel was totally closed when we arrived around 7pm, without any warning, even though the stay was fully pre-paid. All doors were closed and the provided phone number did not respond, so we had to spend the night elsewhere.

Breakfast was good

Customer service is zero. I requested invoice for my stay my mail and through booking.com three times. No reply.

The Fairway hôtel was closed they rent room Take money and close the door i want to received à refund because we have to rent un other hôtel

The hôtel was closed and we need to rent an other hôtel and paid again We want the refund by the Faiway hôtel

Owner going through some sort of mental/stress situation no staff & what little staff there are don't know what going on no chef in kitchen for meal on arrival & bar maid doing breakfast next morning total chaos

We didn't get a chance to stay

Room had been double booked therefore we had to come home all the way to Cumbria no suggestion was given as an alternative place to stay.

Room comfortable Shirley on duty in the morning is always very welcoming and does a great vegetarian cooked breakfast

Building locked in afternoon with no clear explanation as to why, had to check in later Loud music playing in bar until 200am so got only 4 hours sleep. Corridors outside of rooms stank of weed when arrived Most of the familiar staff were absent when arrived. Outdoor chairs on flat roof just outside bathroom window which has no curtain

Dry nice accommodation indeed . Very comfortable and light n warmly . The staff Gary n Hayley were brills went that extra mile to make and enjoyable stay for me . The service in morning was just wonderful. Fully appreciated and I would stay again if I was in the area. Fully recommend.
