The location is really great as it is closer to Ella Rock. Also, the rooms are spacious and friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner outside of their menu list, it is very tasty. The hotel is very convenient to get to by train. This hotel is also convenient for hikers as it is close to Ella rock.

The room is very small, nowhere to sit. We have a family of three. The breakfast is $5 per head, but the choices are limited. The hotel is far from Ella itself, and is isolated at the end of a small mountain road, making it take a while to get to Ella if not taking the train. While the room was decent, the rest of the hotel and the facade looks like that of a hostel.

Not a resort as the name suggests. - bins not emptied even after request - ran out of toilet paper as rooms not made up - no fridges in rooms - run by a couple young guys that would benefit from some hospitality training - no card facilities - no reception area

the view was of all rubbish and litter outside. Its further from the town then i expected. No atmosphere.
