Breakfast was superb and a lovely walk to Ella along the railway track. Staff very helpful.

Long Tuk tuk drive from Ella if there with young kids and loft not ideal for them either.

We loved it a lot! Very nice location, close to Kithaella station which is just one stop away from the main station in Ella. The staff was super friendly, helping us book trips & taxis etc. Thank your for this great stay!

The road was difficult

I really enjoyed my stay here during my Ella trip! I think the place is quite new which is lovely because your room and all amenities smell divine and fresh. The breakfast is huge and delicious-no chance you will finish it! The location is further away from town but it’s just so beautifully green, close to Ella’s rock and some waterfalls. Great area for nature wake essentially. The staff were lovely and caring. So on the ball! I think their English isn’t perfect so from other reviews it seems like others thought they’re not as helpful but I think if you’re patient and willing to converse they were great. They helped me find a reliable Tuk Tuk driver for longer days out and helped me get to my next destination. Lastly, a very comfortable mattress and bed linen! Heavenly!

Few minor things- Bathroom drain was blocked so my bathroom will be flooded after every shower lol. The place could do with a lounging area with beanbags for example. There is space for it between the staircase and would be a nice chill out zone rather than the dining tables. I really enjoyed the location being further away from town, green and by the train tracks (amazing photos) but I do feel it could ever so slightly go down in price since you need a tuk tuk to go anywhere or walk for 40 mins. May I just stress that none of the above made me not enjoy my stay. I actually extended by a night so these are just suggestions.

Rooms are fresh and clean, all is very new. The design of the place is really nice, and is located in the middle of nature with great views. It’s a little bit outside Ella, which is actually super nice as it’s quiet and you wake up to the sound of birds. You can walk over the train tracks to Ella or to restaurants nearby, which is an experience on its own. The breakfast is really good, so already just for that you should stay here! Also the staff has been very helpful with sharing tips on what to see in and around Ella and arranging transportation.
