Totally new hotel with beautiful view for jungle and railway. Really friendly staff. Good breakfast and delicious dinner. Location is good. Close to trail to Ella rock. If you come by train, be note that platform is really short and you need to be ready to jump out from train or you need check in advance which wagon you need.

The rooms were clean with an industrial style. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. the windows opened and acted as a balcony and it was stunning. bathroom was also nice and was the first one we had in Sri Lanka with a separate shower area from the toilet. The hotel staff was lovely as well, helped us with tuktuks, mopeds and any other issues we had. Lastly, breakfast was stunning. Eggs your choice, toast with fruit jam and butter, curry Dal, coconut roti, sambal, and coconut crepes with chocolate, and fruit everything tasted soo nice. Also train nearby and waterfall so very pretty area

The property is a little far out of Ella but if you rent a moped it’s fine. tuktuks are easy to get from here as well. no airconditioning or fan. room stays very cool fortunately but needs some circulation to help with flow of air and humidity.

The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The floor to ceiling windows looking out across the gardens is a treat to wake up to. The breakfast was top notch.

Everything was perfect

Shehan went out of his way to take care of us! We love to hike and the hotel is on rout to ella rock ! The location is one train stop Away from ella so time your day around this or walk the 30 mins into town along the tracks! Breakfast is also amazing and huge so kept us goi g till late afternoon

he rooms are clean, and the breakfast was really lovely for the Sri Lankan style. The best place to stay is in Ella and a very calm and quiet place. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. Would recommend it to anyone, it was so good we had to stay another night. definitely come another time.

Perfect view, you have a feeling if you are in a jungle (great experience!). The hotel is very new and clean. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful (Shehan helped us with everything! He was so kind and fast :), not forget to mention that breakfast was different every day and extremely delicious and there were so many dishes!
