Beds were basic and uncomfortable Very noisy

It was very cold at night. I had to sleep with my clothes on to keep warm!!

The location isn't bad

The engagement with the 1st staff or owner was a horrible customer service experience.... 1 of the rooms had cobwebs all.over the room.and was not apologetic to have less than a year baby in the room.. we had to swap rooms with older couple as they did not have an extra room.And practically had to make sure its clean as there was no way anyone could.sleep in that type.of room.. Imagine being called during a conference that you are paying for a damaged lock .... how possible is it for a client to have a key and the door is reported to be broken by the client. No one to answer phone calls , no one to give needed items to make the holiday smooth. The bed in the single room.with private bathroom.was so uncomfortable. Guess we never imagined this could ever happen in ik so its like a shock. The rooms were not clean, the rug was filthy I dont know if the reaction from the staff is a general reaction but this is the worst customer service experience and wouldn't expect them to continue this way except we were treated that way cos of our colour.

The crown hotel doesn't do food anymore which is very disappointing. We have been going to thr crown hotel for 11 year's now .But over this year it has gone downhill alot.

The bed in room 5 had a broken spring so dug in your back which make it so uncomfortable. The room was freezing on the first night. I had to ask for a heater in the morning because it was so cold .they did put heating on for the second night. And the room was dirty too.will not be staying there again which is such a shame 😒
