Good support from owner/staff.

Location quite a little bit up hill. Not easy to carry big luggage in winter but you can request to pick up.

Location was awesome. The hotel itself is very Japanese style. The hotel owner and receptionist are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was smelly and small. The room itself wasn’t very clean.

Everything seemed amazing to me during my stay. A traditional Japanese house with warm and very comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant was very nice with excellent Japanese food. Everything was very authentic… it was the first time in a month that we had the opportunity to enjoy a fire (fireplace) in the living room as we do in Europe… the truth is that the place is very authentic and comfortable, perhaps their bathrooms should be modified for the bathroom.

They’re being helpful and made their effort to send me to Hakuba JR stn, which is not their most nearby stn.

Shower facilities error which there is no hot water for shower. But we can use the hot water from onsen instead

Location was great, tatami room was spacious. Also toilet in our room good benefit.

The bath room was excellent in that it was roomy and very hot and relaxing. Just was in urgent need of a clean. They did have an issue when we were there with one of the boilers but unsure if that was a reason.

The toilets aren't heated, it was very cold and uncomfortable
