The staff were very welcome. They are willing to explain the area such as skiing information and restaurants. The room is a traditional Tatami setting and is not surprising. The price of the breakfast was acceptable given it is in skiing area. They borrowed the gliding board for my kids for free, which is a plus.

The car park at the rear is hard to access after heavy snow. Getting someone to remove the snow in the driveway would be great.
