Rooms dated and breakfast was a disappointment.

Dusty , no fresh lining not much staff just needed a good clean we did clean it for our self's

The location was ideal. That was the only redeeming feature. I had booked this place as my partner needed to be in that area for a funeral.

Cleanliness was extremely lacking, I was incredibly shocked when my partner shared her experience. Not what you would expect from a 3* hotel. Will never choose you again. Such a shame as location is perfect and the outside is something quite special to look at. I would recommend you retrain your cleaners and give your rooms a deep clean and replace the mattresses as they do not offer a good night's sleep at all. I would also look at re surfacing your driveway as there are some rather large pot holes which could do some damage to cars.

The original building probably years ago was fantastic. Now it’s just a shell. Very sad

Everything! Tired, run down , empty, lifeless, damp, dirty, no staff , no food , no bar, the list goes on …..

Huge car park and looked like an amazing country park hotel (it wasn’t)!

Couldn’t see out of the window due to the plants growing over them. Breakfast was BAD!

Oud hotel met sfeervolle uitstraling. Bedden lagen goed en de kamer was ruim.

De temperatuur in de douche was niet te regelen. Of heet, of koud. Doortrekken toilet met veel lawaai. Geen lift. Stopcontacten op onhandige plaatsen.
