The building was lovely the location was quiet and good for visiting the area. The room was very clean and spacious but was very basic with no glasses in the bathroom. The night porter was Very good and knowledgeable on the building and area.

There didn't seem to be any staff present in the building at times the continental breakfast leaves alot to be desired as it consists of just bread for toast and some cereal it did seem rather sparse. The decor in some areas needs to be looked at as water damage was visible.

"Consigliato per pochi giorni"

7.0

La struttura di per sé è meravigliosa. Storica e con un giardino bellissimo. Dentro ci sono arredi e finiture d'epoca. La nostra camera da 3 /4 persone era grande e silenziosa.

La stanza è antica e ha un feeling di polveroso. Le finiture sono vecchie. Non è pulitissima. Andrebbe ristrutturata. Il. Phon è degli anni 70 credo. Sopra il letto c'era una ferfallina. Di fatto c'erano diverse tarme volanti in giro. La colazione è praticamente assente. Fatela altrove.

"Rooms big, free parking, staff friendly, needs TLC as mentioned"

7.0

The location of this hotel is great for visiting Bingley. The historic building and its features are absolutely stunning. Like all old buildings there is damp, and there were problems with plumbing with our bookings. These can all challenge hospitality providers in these costly times when expensive repairs are needed.

The cups for tea and coffee in the rooms were tiny , I suggest bigger cups for the rooms. Especially as in breakfast the tea and coffee were cold and the continental breakfast was lacking. This then invites people to moan more about the plumbing.

"A lovely stay in a beautiful historic hotel."

9.0

The hotel has been maintained extremely well & is totally authentic to its age, it's gorgeous.

No evening meal but that wasn't an issue as there are lot's of very good pubs & restaurants just a 5 minute drive away. We were told we could bring our own alcohol back to the lounge aswell if we wanted to. We had continental breakfast at the hotel which was very nice.

"Good value but could do with some deep clean"

6.0

Communal spaces well kept, convenient location and good value for money, quite warm at night during the winter, essential breakfast available.

Carpet in the bedroom (AND BATHROOM!!) wasn't clean as there were crumbs and pieces of dirt in many different spots, could do with some deep clean.

Breakfast inexistant. One of us w.as gluten free and could not eat anything. No effort were made for the second morning but luckily we had brought our own bread and cereal.

"If it’s a bed you want in the location then you can’t beat it . The place is nice but needs investment to make it Great"

7.0

Really lovely historic building. Excellent staff, really friendly and attentive. Price point offered good value for money but I would happily pay twice the price to have a bar serving alcohol and a cooked breakfast.

Bedroom was a little tired, no bar , no cooked breakfast . But nice place, nice staff and really good for the money.
