Staff are always very helpful and can’t do enough for you. The bedrooms are always warm and welcoming and they take a dog for £10 per night.

Nice spacious room (we paid a little extra for a 'family room' with bed settee where we could read.

Continental breakfast isn't everyone's preference but ok once in a while - similar with no alcohol licence.

The staff member was very helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us.

The room was far too hot and there was no fan available and I couldn’t open the window due to the location of my room and would be easy access for someone to get in. My TV was like a computer monitor and didn’t work properly. The shower was useless and the shower head didn’t work properly and it was either too hot or too cold. The headboard wasn’t attached to the bed correctly and kept banging on the wall every time I moved. I didn’t have a very good sleep at all. The breakfast was abysmal and not worth even putting on, there wasn’t a great selection. No restaurant available for an evening meal, which is a shame especially if you’re travelling for business and don’t want to have to drive to the local town.
