We had an amazing stay in this hotel and Isah and Hassan made our stay even better with their excellent customer service and hospitality! We will be returning very soon! It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent room.

Bizzare 'continental' breakfast with reformed chicken roll as the cooked meat. All the guests we saw were laughing at the state of the breakfast. It seemed like a wind up. At over £90 for a double room a real breakfast would have been nice. There is also no bar or other food available on site.

"Apart from the manager who was fantastic it’s like a run down haunted mansion"

The manager, she was amazing

Everything, it’s a run down wreck, no bar, no cooked breakfast, shocking conditions throughout, I would not recommend anyone to stay here!

"Comfortable, clean and quiet"

Bed was really comfortable. Room had lots of space with sitting (settee) area. Loads of space to park. Really quiet. Quick check in.

"Family friendly hotel with lovely staff"

The room was very large and quiet. We got a family room and brought our own travel cot for our 1 year old and there was plenty of space for the cot and for her to roam around. Good selection of biscuits, tea and coffee in the room. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and literally at the front door.

The breakfast selection was limited. The hotel could do with a little bit of TLC but nothing that affected the comfort of our stay. Not an issue for us but there was no lift in this hotel.

"Disappointing with a lack of amenities"

The hotel is in a nice part of Bingley, nice grounds and parking, plus it is quiet for sleeping. The hotel inside was lovely and warm, very clean with comfortable beds, as well as tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits. The en-suite was good too with toiletries.

Firstly it is run with one staff member to check you in and the breakfast there wasn’t anyone present to help with anything apart from the weekend when there was an efficient lady. The first bedroom we were allocated was quite small especially as we had the dog with us and so I asked to have it changed. This was done the following day. The continental breakfast was not very good. There were only 4 types of cereal - one was muesli. The selection of meats was appalling and the fruit too was abysmal. Most days there was 1 banana left or some tangerines. If you wanted tea / fruit tea again the selection wasn’t there and very badly displayed. All so different to ten years ago when it was run with a full set of staff and cooked breakfasts.
