Im scoring 1 because zero isn’t possible. Not a holiday at all. The suite, if clean, could be lovely. No one on reception at arrival, we waited twenty minutes for an apathetic half hearted person and had to ask to be shown how to navigate across the building site to our room . No confirmation or welcome message received from the hotel on booking, I had to contact them. This is the positive stuff

It’s a building site, dirty and dangerous with machinery and cables everywhere The workmen have no respect for the guests at all they have their toilet rolls and dirty socks on the statues outside the rooms They stop working at 10.30pm and are drilling and other noisy work Wild and angry dogs are around the entrance Our terrace door didnt close it was open all night with a chair against it The terrace looks over a flat the workers are staying in with their clothes hanging everywhere and music blaring all night not relaxing at all no privacy The fridge shelves were dirty No coffee pods for the coffee machine The second bedroom en suite was being used by the builders, theres a door that leads up to the room that was unlocked, footprints and plaster from their boots everywhere No one at reception when we left The breakfast is a choice of two things from the menu and they were vile Had to remind kitchen staff twice what we ordered there were 3 of them, 6 guests two of which were children There are so many unsafe stairs to everything not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility. Do not stay here they are ride and don’t give a damn about paying guests we left the following morning two days later STILL haven’t heard from anyone no apology and no acknowledgement this place needs to be reported to whoever is responsible for health and safety DO NOT STAY HERE there so many other options that are clean safe and caring if we had known it was a building site we wouldn’t have bothered take this as a warning I have so many photos but can only post 4

Désolée mais l établissement etait en travaux et rien n allait..Hormis la réceptionniste qui nous a fait les cocktails.

.Pas de pt dej, pas de restaurant, des odeurs nauséabondes de refoulement d egouts ds les chambres ,pas de wifi,pas de balançoire dans l eau,des ouvriers partout,des travaux partout, enjamber le béton en formation, pas de parking pour la voiture qui est donc restée dehors...

Es hermoso la suite limpia y muy espaciosa

Desafortunadamente cuando fui estaba en remodelación, trabajadores con sus maquinas ruido muy temprano, sin embargo el encargado fue muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades, sin duda volveré

La facilidad a la Laguna y el uso de Kayaks

Me cancelaron la reservación que porque la tarjeta no era aplicable cosa que no era real y volví a hacer la reserva y la pagué por adelantado, pero hasta que me puse en contacto me dijeron que el hotel estaba en reparación y toda la entrada estaba bloqueada, no había acceso a autos y el acceso peatonal era complicado por los trabajos que se están realizado, además no había servicio de restaurante, por lo que el precio se me hizo excesivo con todos esos inconvenientes

todo genial, la ubicacion, las instalaciones, el presonal, Jorge nos atendio de maravilla, regresare muy frecuente.

Super tranquilo y bien bonito y limpio todo, áreas de alberca, restaurante y bar muy agusto. El muelle está hermoso.

Definitivamente si vas en carro bajo y pequeño no te va a gustar llegar por qué el camino es completa Terracería y con trampas de lodo. Poco estacionamiento en el hotel

Dostaliśmy upgrade do pokoju typu suite. Przepiękny, ogromny, z fantastycznym tarasem.
