GBRoom was veey clean and big
Jucczie was closed pool was very rough needs a revamped wanted to sit on sit and chill no soft drinks available and was not aloud to use phone at all even though the pool was completely empty not even a call or anything this is ment to be a spa hotel
GBBit tired but nice swimming pool, good gym, excellent breakfast.

Rooms on 2nd floor had no A/C so were uncomfortable and hot - even with 2 fans.
GBA week after returning home I am still waiting for money to be refunded after being charged twice for 2 nights. I paid in advance for a 2 night stay and then charged for 2 "no shows" Terrible now having to phone and write to demand a refund.
