The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities great and a super breakfast!

No real complaints here.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast menu is varied plentiful and very good. Gillian and Karen are very friendly and helpful. Have to mention the desserts which we had one evening which were delicious.

Great stay, lovely room, lovely atmosphere with friendly staff, room a little warm, a lighter tog mattress would have been good.

Just read the last 2 reviews on here . We have stayed here many times and it gets better and better . The only complaint I had was being locked out of the hotel at 11.15 . After knocking on the window the night porter was very rude but let us in . Apart from that anyone who complains should speak to the staff before slating it on here . We will be back Faultless

Nice friendly staff, room was way too hot but you can’t help the weather. Clean but slightly tired and overpriced for what it was. Maybe we just picked an expensive night, not terrible but I wouldn’t stay there at that cost again. Breakfast was good.

Everything felt very well thought out; there was a bed for our dog and a bowl and a full range of bath/hair stuff including conditioner (often one gets combined har/body wash). We ate at the restaurant three times and the food was lovely, and there was a section we could take our dog to. At breakfast we enjoyed the granola yoghurt and berries - but hadn't realised the English breakfast would be so big

I guess space was tight in the bedroom for the clothes and wardrobe, but that is defined by the size of the room and the shower room was lovely and spacious

Excellent choice of breakfast menu. Large portions.

Bedroom 8 a little small with minimal gap between bed and wall to slide into bed!

Great location, comfortable and stylish room, food was terrific and the staff were so friendly and attentive.
