Great service, beautiful location. My motorbike broke down after a night of heavy rain, the young fella brought out his tools and fixed it for me, which was such a friendly thing to do! Property is basic, but you have to step out of your comfort zone a little to appreciate this place.

Had some leakages into the room after a night of torrential rain. Maybe check the weather before you book. There were some creepy crawly intruders in the room, a little snake managed to get in, but harmlessly slithered out as soon as I entered. The room is not fully sheltered from the elements, there same gaps and holes in the wall for things to get in. Thankfully they have good mosquito nets set up for the beds.

worse hotel ever, especially for the price. they overbooked so they gave me not the room I booked. I had to pay for half of the room, that had 4 beds, even if I was using only one. the room had no curtains, was very dirty, the bed extremely uncomfortable and the mosquito nets all broken. also the location is not good: extremely far from the beaches.

amazing view first of all, very home like and small, loved the pool table, great staff, someone there even took us to the small side of tayrona in the back of there truck after we walked 20 km the day before around the park. definitely quite, and inside the park

no hand soap at sinks, food is a little bit over priced for what it is

the place seemed to be family owned. all the staff was super friendly and helpful, they arranged a transfer for us and also made us dinner. would definitely recommend

The place has a really nice location directly in the Jungel, however keep in mind that it is a relatively long way to the beach (appr. 3km). Also the owner was really nice and helpful.

One thing to mention directly is that there is only energy from 5 or 6 in the evening till around 9 or 10 pm. Therfore also no lights or the fan work early in the morning or later at night. Something which is OK for where you are but important to know (which we didn't beforehand). Therefore wifi is also only available in these hours. Also wifi was not really good. Also important to know, all the rooms only have moskito nets as a large part of the walls. Unfortunately our room (and also for most of the rooms we saw) the moskito net was broken directly next to the door, so that someone could reach through it from outside and open the door. Therefore it is not save to leave anything valuable in the rooms as everyone can easily open your room without real effort. The rooms are really basic with only beds, one small sidetable and a fan. More space to hang or put stuff would be nice. The showers are also very basic without a hanger or space where your stuff doesn't get wet (one of two showers doesn't have a showerhead and one of two toilets doesn't have toilet seat).

There is a generator loudly running through the night. This completely ruined the the nighttime ambiance. Couldn’t hear the sounds of the jungle which was the point of staying.
