Stayed here for a skittles weekend with our teams. Had a fine time. Nice hotel, good and generous food, friendly staff, good bars. Well organised weekend, would do this again.

Hard working staff. Food very good.

Rooms need a refurb. The double mattress was uncomfortable, sloped on one side! Bottom of bathroom door was crumbling, probably due to floor being damp?

Missing hairdrier and glass but staff rectified this immediately. Was music weekend which was good. FOOD and STAFF were excellent. 2ND floor room was disappointing as needs upgrade, very shabby. TV controller and TV didnt connect very well, so hard to get channels and turn sound down. Stayed in doggy room earlier in year and that was great so disappointed with non dog room.

Location, food pretty good. Bed clean and comfortable

Facilities state EV charger, which is why I booked but on arrival told it was Tesla only and I dont have a Tesla! This needs to be clearer. Bar and restaurant run by 1 poor women who was rushed off her feet therefore service can be slow. When meal did arrive I wasnt offered any condiments and wasnt asked if everything was ok with food. Hot water in bathroom took 5 mins to heat up and the shower was dirty and just a trickle of water.

I asked for ice and I was told I have to buy a drink if I wanted that which I found bizarre as I was staying at the hotel
