Characterful interior. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was a good size with tea and coffee facilities and a good sized bathroom

Hair in bath , spoke to staff , hair still there 24hrs later, I removed it , There was a rip in bed sheet , bathroom light not working properly , Wanted to use Gym but no Air con and it was 28c ,

Breakfast is very good here . Staff friendly and efficient. Enjoyed an evening meal . Very happy with everything.

Found the mattress on the soft side for out liking but as we have stayed here many times it maybe we were tired after a long journey and the night was very hot,

A beautiful hotel with a very warm welcome from start to finish. The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view. The meal in the evening and breakfast was amazing, the staff were all lovely especially Michelle who served us in the evening and breakfast. Eileen also served us at breakfast and was lovely. Then Mary on reception was very helpful when my husband was taken poorly. We will definitely return at a later date, a massive thank you to all the staff that looked after us.

This hotel is amazing, lovely rooms, comfortable bed, dining room is amazing with a mural on the ceiling. The reception staff especially Anthony who helped me book our room, which got very complicated as it was a present from our children in the form of a voucher, I couldn’t of asked for any more help than what he gave me. And Michelle is a star, nothing is too much trouble, will help with menus and seating and overall a pleasure. We had a fantastic couple of days here.

Lovely food and experience; staff were all so welcoming and made the dining experience perfect, durrant burger was made perfectly and the chips are gorgeous!!

Very tired and tatty room and hotel. Noisy floorboards from room above. Uncomfortable matress.
