Location , amazing staff, definitely recommend

Shower a little dated but very clean and tidy, very warm day we were in loft room could have done with bigger fan, we didn’t like to complain as we had a pleasant stay

Shower was hot... like HOT HOT. If you want to experience how a lobster feels when being thrown into a boiling pot. I would recommend booking room 61

Good size clean and modern room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dog bed, bowls and treats were a really nice touch.

Lack of outside space available for guests to enjoy the fabulous weather. I understand the outdoor pool was closed/seasonal, but the picnic benches and garden seating should have been available, considering it's May half term and a heatwave.

We didn’t have breakfast as it’s cheaper to get breakfast in the town. The beds were comfortable and you can open the windows.

There was not a good supply of milk and tea. There was enough for one tea. The supply was not refilled during the day. Also the shower temperature was too hot and this didn’t seem to change when turning the knob.
