Terrible hotel , not parking car very dirty room and the bathroom you can get hot water really poor quality

Absolutley 5 star staff annf entertainment! Nothing too much truoble

Apart from decent food and friendly, helpful staff, this place is a dump. Lumpy pillows, peeling wallpaper, dirty carpets. Never saw a cleaner once during our four night stay. Fire doors were propped open, and during a fire alarm situation, there was no one to guide guests out of building.

Excellent value, spacious single room and great breakfast.

Fantastic budget hotel. Great breakfast. Evening entertainment in the downstairs bar and only a short walk to all the local amenieties. Would definatley stay again for the price.

I booked a one night stay for me and my son sat-sun. I must say we really enjoyed it, staff were lovely, food in the morning had plenty of choice as breakfast was included. There was hot food, cereals, marmalade and jams. Coffee was great too. The view from our hotel room was just beautiful as you can see the big mountain. I would highly recommend this hotel, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Door of room 76 wasn’t repaired after being reported for maintenance. It wasn’t lock at all during our stay. It’s not safe and also it’s a matter of privacy.

Good location, like most say the property is dated although they are starting to make improvements.

Staff very friendly but the room was old and falling apart, windows and electrical sockets taped up . All furniture and bathroom was either damaged or very poor condition and the mattress was not fit for purpose. They should not let this room as it probably gives a bad impression of the rest!

Honestly one of the worst hotels in Wales. The receptionist was rude. The rooms were basic dated and unfit for use in my opinion. A shower connected to taps by rubber hoses . Bar was never open and some strange events party happening downstairs every week
