Risboro Hotel

It's good value for money and the location is ideal as most of the key tourist spots are withing 15 minutes walking radius. Breakfast was nice and the staff was really friendly. Building is quite old and the rooms reflect this. There was no shower in the room we booked (Probably missed this in the description while booking)

We were with two coach loads of people, and to say we were all appalled at the state of the hotel would be an understatement. It clearly needs an upgrade. Dirty is an understatement too. Food was OK and staff and entertainment amazing but they do need to prioritise cleaning. Creaky floorboards everywhere, electric toilet, which was so noisy. Tiny television which had no reception, no Wifi in bedrooms. Wouldn't go back.

Whilst the hotel is very tired to say the least, my overall opinion is excellent. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much for them. The food is also excellent and the entertainment is fantastic I will definitely be going back.

I had a large single room quick check in had telly and remote nice lamps by side of bed ensuite plenty of drawers nice clean carpet bed was a little uncomfortable but i still managed a good sleep breakfast was really good cereals toast full english hot drinks fruit juices lady was lovely to talk to enjoyed staying here

We stopped at the Risboro for a night out in Llandudno with friends. I can understand people giving the hotel a negative review if they'd paid a lot of money. However, when we booked, it was around half the price of other hotels in Llandudno so we accepted that we wouldn't get 5-star facilities. The rooms were basic but all we needed was a bed for the night, close to the town center, and this hotel does that job perfectly. Breakfast was also included which was excellent and catered for vegetarians well. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

All the staff was very helpful the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in We went to cycle and they let us park the van on staff car park

You only get what you pay for and for what we paid was expectable would stay again

Very dated needs major refurbished

Absolutely disgusting!! Wallpaper coming off the wall from mold and damp. Absolutely disgraceful of a place!!! Will never EVER return! DO NOT GO HERE
