The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfy!

The breakfast was poor. We went out about 9:15 and there was one slice of cheese and one slice of ham. The milk for the cereal was warm and the juice glasses didn’t look like they’d been cleaned.

The property was a lovely! We had a last minute booking and stayed here prior to travelling to Alton towers the next day. We unfortunately arrived late due to getting stuck in stand still traffic on the M40 for a prolonged time so were going to miss the check in time however Ian (I assume one of the owners/managers) was amazing and gave us all the instructions to get ourselves in but turns out he ended up staying late to ensure we go in all well. Offered us a drink prior to going up to our room and was incredibly hospitable. The room was good and then bed was comfy! Parking was easy!
