Only one window opened and the other 3 was stuck my partner is dealing with the menopause from her cancer operation luckily we asked them for a fan but it would of been nice if all windows could open we've stayed here a few times and we were for ever great full for our stay last time unfortunately we asked for the lights outside the building to be turned off when I rang he said they were on a timer and would go off in 15 mins after that they never turned off so I had to ring again for him to say I will go and turn them off its happened twice to us when stayed with them last time we stayed here we were given a room with no curtains and they said the black out blinds would work but they never has slot of light came through for then to be told that room was missing curtains because they were taken down by race goers I just wish the hotel would be honest with guests it's a lovely hotel and yes we would go back again but it needs to mske improvements

Everything was good. Lovely staff. Large comfy room and ensuite. Food was really nice.

Good spacious room. Very clean, and very quiet during the night. Very good continental breakfast. Very convenient location.

Sometimes took a long time for shower water to run hot.

Location was close to our destination, bed was comfy and clean

Unfortunately, though the bed was pleasant, the shower hinge was loose and the toilet seat was completely detached from the toilet itself which made it difficult to sit down. We had also been two years prior and had had a great time, aside from a smashed window. A decent continental breakfast was offered- both a choice of hot and cold food. However, this time the cold food offered was lame, slightly stale and the hot- not an option. It was disappointing.

Fab location very clean and spacious room. Staff are lovely very friendly, helpful and cheerful.

Disappointed bar stopped serving at 8pm on Sunday night. We would have bought more drinks and spent more money but left and went elsewhere. Also had read Saturday and Sunday was cooked breakfast and continental Monday to Friday which would be ok but no cooked breakfast is served any day of the week.

Old coach-house sympathetically & tastefully modernised & decorated - yet still remnants of the past. Really lovely feel & atmosphere. Very comfortable & quiet. Good quality linen (bedding & towels). Clean spacious rooms & large comfy beds. Great bathroom & shower. Complimentary breakfast - tea/coffee/juice, toast, croissants, pastries. Lovely outdoor seating area.

A bit stuffy when weather was very warm - but a fan was provided.
