The bed was a standard double with a king mattress and there was no hot water in the bathroom - I ran the shower for ten mins but still cold

Spacious clean room close to all the amenities in the town. Helpful and friendly staff. On the Staffordshire Way so an ideal place to stay.

Unfortunately, the local cask beer was off. I will have to return another time.

Comfortable bed. Free Parking. Very quiet. Proximity to the centre and all amenities.

I have paid 224 GBP for two nights for the hotel with very poor breakfast, strange smell in the bathroom, paper thin walls hearing my neighbour every little moves or coughing, dirty carpets, no hot water on the second morning... This was the worst value for money paid for long time. Don't think will ever stay again.

Public areas nice but rooms very poorly decorated, look like they have been painted with a catapult. Breakfast appalling, only " continental " option of over ripe fruit, stale croissant and some cereal. Rubbish for a 130.00 a night hotel, sure there are better options locally.

The bed was really amazing the staff were great anything we needed they provided room was spacious open and bright

No prober breakfast the breakfast we did get was terrible we got stale pastries crap cereal selection crap cheese and nice ham not a big selection of things just rubbish they really need to up there game on the breakfast

The reception staff were brilliant the hotel was clean and modern the room was clean and good facilities with a comfortable bed

Nothing can't fault this hotel at all
