All Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn't do enough for you. Excellent all of them.

Felt car park and outside seating area could do with a little TLC, brush up, paint touching up. Entrance from bar to outside tables, floor tiles dirty first thing in the morning, should be mopped last thing at night.

The breakfast was smashing, the service the same, couldn't fault it at all.

Was disappointed that we had to walk up 3 lots of stairs, as there was no lift and and we found that challenging but it was my fault as I should have mentioned that in the booking

"Fine for short stay if you need to visit Uttoxeter"

Location OK, close to centre of town. Good size car park. Friendly welcome. Very nice room. Also appreciated 15% discount on food and drink for hotel guests.

Shame they only do continental breakfast. We had a hot breakfast elsewhere.

Initial impression was good. Very clean and tidy. Good location. Plenty of parking. Easy to find.

Water in shower took a long time to warm up and fir that reason I felt I was wasting water.

"Great 3 night stay located in town but very quiet great for Alton towers"

Location, great for Alton towers, town has lots of good pubs and shops , hotel has good parking and the staff were brilliant, hotel very clean and rooms are spacious and modern weather was very hot during the 3 day stay but Steve was brilliant and sorted out a fan
