Calm location , excellent food,wonderful staff and nice hospitality by Hassan amila and other staffs

Nothing much

We loved everything: the rooms were large and with beautiful design, everything super clean; very confortable bed. At one point we were the only guests (our group) since it is a small resort. The pool is amazing, food was perfect. It s best to preorder, so you don t wait. Try Tomato and Orange soup, my favorite, also shrimps, pasta, lamb.. they have a very good Chef. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The nearby Balapytia beach was so beautiful, we saw a wonderful sunset from the rocks. It was splendid to relax here after visiting the island. It was one if the 2 best hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. Only 5 km to River Madu boat tour. 30-40 min to Hikkaduwa to see turtles.

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Due to the small size and the location without any other bigger hotels around, this place feels very secluded and quite. When staying a few nights, it is very easy to connect to other guest or enjoy complete privacy. The beach is beautiful and sunsets are amazing. We would come back surely.

The most beautiful location, quiet, almost private beach, amazing design, comfortable rooms, nice food and of course, exceptional service, tailored and we really felt cared for. We traveled with our 2 year old that enjoyed the pool and the beach. I also was able to enjoy an amazing full body massage in the beach in the morning.

Nothing we did not like, but suggestion to add a couple of items on the menu for kids (or half portions), full length mirror in the room and maybe drying racks available in each room to dry swimwear and towels.
