Nothing in particular. It was very average

The bed in the suite was very uncomfortable. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Food was average. Didn't quite like the experience.

The amabiance at the hotel is very cosy and quiet, and the area is nice - and just next to the promenade at the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I will highly recommend Dune de l'Orient

my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist made the stay uncomfortable. They were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. When I had questions about my booking, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. Any requests I made were met with a cold attitude, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. Rooms are small and suffocating no ventilation The hotel itself had potential, but the rude behavior of the staff made it difficult to enjoy. The room was mediocre at best and it’s suffocating , and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I expected much more from a place with reputation, but this stay was a huge disappointment. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, especially when it comes to training front-desk staff. I won’t be returning anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend it to others based on this experience.
