We were given a large room with a large balcony in this 18th century building. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and conversational throughout our stay. Also, the food for breakfast and in the restaurant generally was something I looked forward to every day.

The property is amazing and the staff is very supportive and professional. Its also very centrally located.

The AC in our room wasn't very effective, probably because of the size of the suite. However, whenever we called staff was always ready to help with it

"The hotel needs to update its bathrooms and provide a better breakfast. Otherwise very good."

The building was beautiful and our room was comfortable and exceptional. The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was good for dinner. Location was great.

The hot water was non existent most of the time. The taps at times had no water at all. We had a pump outside our room that woke us up during the night with a high pitched sound which continued on through the early for hours. The breakfast was particularly poor. Considering the expensive price we paid for the room it was not great value given the above.

"Not comfortable. Too much antique furniture in one room made it feel cramped"

Only the RESTURANT was good

The room that we got was noisy. Everyone coming in and out of the hotel we could here conversations The beds were too high for us to climb up as we are senior citizens
