We liked that there are air conditioning in each rooms and the beds were quite comfortable. It was great that there is hot water shower available. Wifi connection is also great.

Just one thing to be aware of is that the toilet and shower are in the same space so it’s something to consider if booking for a bigger group.

We spent three weeks there and it was really great. The service is great, its clean, quiet and the owners are really accommodating. I recommend!

The place was clean. Tess was kind and helpful.

The photos were fab and made the place look light and spacious. We thought we would have a villa to ourselves but it wasn't really like that. There was no sign for the hotel just a soil path from the main road, which was not lit up at night. No security to enter the compound- door open 24 /7. Very small pool.

Great location as it is a bit quieter in the area. The housekeeper Tess is very helpful and friendly, gave tips and helped us get a booking for island hopping and bike rental. Would recommend staying there and would definitely come back.

The host was really helpful and kind. We were contacted prior to our stay and provided with a contact number for the host, who organised transport for us to and from airport. The accomodation was like a mini jungle with a beautiful pool. It was super clean and had an outdoor kitchen. We were in walking distance of Catangnan bridge, which is beautiful in the evening.

Value for money - it's a very nice villa for the price we paid

Too much plants in the very small courtyard, a lot of which are touching the structure, this encourages the mosquitoes and other insects that contribute to the decay of the wood and nipa roof. Already there's dry rot and wood borer infestation in the pillars and floorboards, if left uncontrolled the jungle will swallow the house in no time. Surrounded by almost suffocating vegetation I was constantly feeling itchy and feeling prickly. Plus, there was no light at night around the pool, adding to the heavy, weighty, dark atmosphere in the garden This is the reason for my low rating on comfort and facilities. Otherwise, it really is a lovely property.
